Chris is Berus group’s CEO, leading the company’s business in U.K—the company’s largest market—and global with responsibility for sales, revenue, and profit across the world. Chris has held several leadership and management roles in different companies in the past two decades. He also served as ship captain for several ships and currently owns many ships. A graduate of Greenwich University with a degree in industrial engineering, Chris remains active with his alma mater, serving as a trustee of the school and on the Greenwich alumni board

Commercial Director

Fred has held several leadership and management roles in different companies in the past decade. Before his position of Commrcial Director at Berus Group, he is a seasoned leader whose expertise spans both strategy and execution. He has extensive experience in helping shape and execute strategies that drive improved the shipping network value. His functional expertise includes R&D, post-merger integration and shared services. Fred has proved his capacities through his MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) qualification gained upon his consulting experience with Microsoft Corporation in USA. Added to his MCP qualities Fred is also a Sheffield Hallam University’ MBA ‘Business Intelligence’ after his first degree in Business Administration (BA’H) from Greenwich Maritime University in London.

Regional Manager Europe

Nesa Bentil is CFO and account lead, responsible for building and growing relationships with the world’s leading shipping companies to drive client value and co-innovation. She is also a member of Berus Group’s Global Management Committee. Prior to Berus Group, she gained industry experience during a tenure with Mann Roche shipping company in the United Kingdom and Germany, as a financial manager responsible for financial planning. Adding to her many year experience in shipping industry, Nesa holds a bachelor degree in financial management from London School of Economics.

Regional Manager Africa

Marie Michelle is Berus Group Regional Manager Africa and the country managing director of BGMA in Togo. She is also a member of Berus Group’s Global Management Committee. Michelle has led BGMA in Togo and the West Africa practice since 2010, driving significant growth and development for Berus Group’s business. Given Tina’s vast experience on large scale transformation programs across industries, she is a leader in the Africa business shipping system. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Villetaneuse in France
